I was there and nice the club are hosting NZ Competition Games and less 200 players from NZ countries. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Thank you Michael, we will work on getting that extra star. We know that we still have some work to do. We have a lot of new staff especially in the kitchen, but we getting there. Please come back and let us try for that extra star.

Very disappointed getting our starter with our main meals when we specifically asked for there to be a minimum 15min gap - at the time they weren't busy. By the time we ate our starter our main was limp and cold Disappointed with the outcome as this isn't the first time we have had poor service - yes you are right the man at the till advised it was their mistake but that didn't change anything as my main wasn't hot by the time we finished our entre'. We even offered to place our main order after receiving our entre' but was advised it wasn't necessary to avoid them both coming at once - it appears different stories but the outcome is the same - I won't be dining at your restaurant and looks like The George Cafe will be gaining from your loss they are hands down better with their service, their quality of meals and they make sure not to serve the entre and mains together. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Hello, I am very sorry you're request was not adhered to, we will look into this immediately! Edit: I have spoken with the staff, and we sincerely apologize for your experience. I have been advised that a staff member acknowledged they made a mistake. I would like to note that while the dining room may have appeared empty, we were hosting a large pool tournament that kept our kitchen team extremely busy. That said, this is not an excuse, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and will endeavor to do better in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience next time.

Levin Cosmopolitan Club, What l will say about this Restaurant is a fantastic very nicely laid out, very clean well presented place to have a meal, the service was excellent, with lovely presentation of the food by a very polite staff member. The prices are very good, with excellent parking around the back of the building. I have to say l thought this was a excellent place to go for lunch, with very nice service, presentation of food, the space it self, taste, staff, pricing, what more is there to say, but, go to Levin Cosmopolitan Club, try it out, l enjoyed it, deserves a top star rating.
