Not only should KeyBank Center be visited, but also Lexus Club. Do not go away without tasting perfectly cooked soup, prawns and salads. This restaurant is recommended for the friendly staff. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about.

Unfortunately, as a season ticket holder for over 15 years the lexus club has been very disappointing over the past number of years. Food is mediocre and way over priced. So many other restaurants you could go to near by with much better food and good drinks. Definitely miss the old days of great food.

3.5* rounded up to 4 I wanted to write a review because there wasn't anything recent on here when we were trying to decide if we wanted to go! This is a review for a day game which is a brunch menu vs dinner. We got free tickets and decided to treat ourselves to the Lexus Club. I wasn't aware it existed before my friend told me about it, and they just opened it up to non suite ticket holders for the 22-23 season, meaning anyone can go there now. It's on the right side of the arena once you go up the first set of stairs/escalator, looking out onto Canalside. We made reservations online for 11am for a 1230pm game but I don't think it was actually necessary as it was pretty dead in there even though it was a sold out game. My friend that recommended it said it was pretty good for the convenience aspect (not having to find somewhere to eat before the game if you're making an outing out of it) and being able to return between periods. As the menu wasn't online, I wasn't sure what to expect if it would be lunch or dinner food, and it was brunch. $25 for kids and $50 for adults, not including alcohol. I ordered the Bloody Mary and the taste was OK but I don't think it had much alcohol in it for the price. For $50 I think the brunch buffet is a little overpriced and should be lower priced than dinner which includes a carving station based on what one of the employees told me. The most "expensive" thing was shrimp cocktail. There wasn't any bacon, sausage etc except chopped bacon on the omelette station. There was charcuterie, soup, salad, bagels, etc as you can see on the menu. The reason I rated 4 stars was because we had an amazing server named Angel who explained everything to us and was super friendly. She said to let her know when we wanted ice cream so she could have it waiting for us. As I said before, you can return between periods which is really nice. They have concession food (popcorn, hot dogs, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks etc) and then an ice cream sundae bar. You can also take drinks (coffee, pop, tea etc) and snacks back to your seat. Not having to wait in line to buy mediocre food at the concession stand makes it worth it for me because sometimes you can spend the entire intermission waiting in those slow lines. Plus you can use their nicer bathrooms without lines. We sat in the 300s so it was a little inconvenient to go down to the 100s vs if we were in a lower section, but it was nice to have something to do in between periods at the same time. The dessert was actually really good (in addition to the ice cream sundaes), there was a peanut butter cheesecake and macarons that were good. Usually desserts on buffets look way better than they taste. I would recommend for more of a date night or special occasion as it takes the annoying parts out of attending a sporting event (waiting in line for concessions and bathroom lines). I would not recommend a day game for the price, I would return to check out dinner though.

For the price, the food was ALL cold. Very disappointing. The waitress was nasty, arguing with me about returning my card. Never again!
