Nice environment and nice food! The CKT was nice Malay style wet CKT, but the prawn no really fresh. Anyway, I love the the satays very much. Overall 8/10 Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2nd Visit (1 year appart):There are improvements but still has a lot of wasteful resources. New improvements: 1) Additional menus that fit the price eg. western menus. 2) The drinks no longer tasted like tap water.Issues:1) Some table in the air conditioned room are not being cleaned — dusty and a few become insects graveyards.2) Some menu doesn't seem to have any improvements — sizzling hot plate arrived cold. Comments:1) Why lah station order banyak dengan berbeza-beza menu tapi literally boleh order semua menu dekat satu station shj. 2) Tapi, kenapa ada station order in the first place. Ya, fast food restaurant buat sistem order dia pun mcm ni — order dikaunter, bayar, then duduk. Tapi come on, your menu beratus. Org ambil masa nak baca, nak pilih tak termasuk lagi yg bawak family nak itu ini. Better bagi buku menu mcm kedai biasa, ambil order then bagi resit utk payment.3) Spacious room tapi tak fully utilized. Bilik aircond mcm takde org pernah masuk. Berdebu, lalat dan cengkerik bergelimpangan dengan pelekat lalat pun masih ada dlm bilik. Penutup kata, Leypark Bistro ada potensi utk jadi tempat yg berjaya di Parit Raja atau Batu Pahat. Idea, vision sangat bagus but please execute it properly. Yes, semua org berniaga nak untung tapi, kalau tak kemana kalau org tak datang. Lagipun mostly kawasan Parit Raja ni ramai student jadi please ensure that you target your market properly. First impression dah ada wow factor jadi pastikan customer pulang pun dgn wow yg positive dan bukan "Wow. Tempat je lawa tapi...". If there are any pekerja atau owner Leypark Bistro baca my review, I hope that you guys can improve mcm mana nak increase efficiency tempat ni. Wish you all the best and good luck for the coming years.1st Visit:Nice place and concept but the execution are really bad. The water has the heavy taste and smell of the new pipe. The sizzling hot plate is not sizzling as it should be when it arrives at the table. Although they offer fast services but the eagerness to open their shop for business without a proper planning, caused a bad impression on the first day. The name itself 'Leypark Bistro', can't be a reference as a place to hang out with your friends (the open zones are also no smoking area) given the price (rm 6.90 for 'standard' burger with 3 pieces of marina nuggets) and their target markets. A good move when they gave half price for all menus after the management and services catastrophe on the first day. Overall, with proper execution, it would be a must-go place but with the blunder and poor strategies, they need fast actions to improve their management.
