Forget the chaos of Mykonos's busy, famous beaches. Forget the packed little patches of sand. Enjoy the true Mykonos relaxation experience. Liastì is probably one of, if not the best, beach in Mykonos. The food is outstanding — the tartare and carpaccio were incredible, and the truffle pasta with real truffle was phenomenal. And the cocktails... I've traveled the world, and I've never had cocktails like these. A caramelized pineapple cocktail with a mezcal base and citrus — I don't even know what to call it. Pure magic. Authentic Italian espresso and gelato made fresh right in front of you, and you can enjoy it all from your umbrella. The service is top-tier, with ever-smiling staff making sure you enjoy every moment of your vacation. The restaurant itself is incredible — great vibe, great music. But the best part? You feel cared for, pampered like you're at a 5-star hotel. Giulia and her team are a top-tier, outstanding group. Thank you for the unforgettable experience! Great food, beautiful beach views, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The dishes were fresh and full of flavor, and the location right by the sea makes the experience even more special. What an incredible find! I highly recommend this place, set in a wild, idyllic setting far from the city. The beach is stunning, flanked by rocks on either side. The food was amazing – we had the catch of the day. And Lilian looked after us like royalty and welcomed us as if we were regulars. A truly special welcome from Fabio and his whole team.
