What a wonderful experience! Not just because it ended with the most amazing raw vegan chocolate truffles, but also because it took place in the most peculiar of places: a private home that opens its doors for guests to come in and feast on vegan goodness. Taking its cue from the family-run restaurants in Cuba, Paladar prepares a different menu each Saturday using locally grown ingredients, a lot of creativity, and tons of passion. Love that these places exist! I'll definitely be going back... even if it's just for the truffles!
