After a walk around Tenshoji Temple, many visitors stop by this bar. It's a must to taste delicious wine when visiting Libero. The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Spectacular service is something guests like here. There is lovely atmosphere at this place, as clients see it. This wine bar is a has a wide selection of wines. The owner is super friendly and we had a great time chatting about the wines and Japanese culture. It’s a really authentic place, and we highly recommend it. We spent almost two hours there and had an amazing time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stayed in Kyoto for 3 nights and we came to Wine Libero two nights. We would have come the third night but he closes one day of the week. The owner, Shohei is super nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our group enjoyed the wine, food (he makes awesome pasta). He even made some pasta for us to go since my husband wasn’t able to join us that evening.It felt like we were at home enjoying some amazing wine. It’s in a super quaint neighborhood of Kyoto.Loved our time there and hope we can return some day.
