Order nicely cooked fried chicken, scallops and misir. The success of this restaurant wouldn't be possible without the terrific staff. Professional service is something visitors appreciate here. Hidden gem, really glad we stopped in! We went early on a weeknight and were the only people there until others started filtering in. The food was the standout. Super creative menu with dishes I haven’t seen elsewhere, and all executed by one guy running the entire operation. Worth a visit if you like trying new, thoughtful small plates. I’d absolutely go back. We ordered seven dishes for two people and every single one hit. The portions are small and for nibble style (and priced fairly) so order accordingly if you are hungry you will want to order a lot of dishes: Yam Woon Sen Sardine & cream cheese rillettes Scallops (incredible flavor) Shumai with mushroom & pork (familiar but a totally different, delicious take) Crab miso & scallop spring roll (fried, one of my favorites of the night) Seared beef thigh (this is like a tataki style) Chicken and cabbage gratin () Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The chef worked at a 1 Michelin star restaurant before opening Library and it's so great. Insanely low prices for amazing quality, great vibes, and awesome service. We're only here for a few days but can't wait to come back already! Update: came back the next night with our friends, and the items we reordered were just as good as we remembered them, and the new items were also amazing. Cannot recommend this place more! We were turned away the other night from a nearby restaurant for discriminatory reasons but this owner was so welcoming and lovely and patient with us!
