This café is the best for studying or for chilling, and it is situated in the millennium Hotel. There is even a small conference room where you can work or meet with people. The prices are higher than usual however, they have a very nice tea selection. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: KWD 2–4 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
