フレンチなどの料理に興味があり、料理教室を探していました。仕事の都合でなかなか参加できるところがなかったのですが、平日夜間や休日を利用して本格的な料理が学べる料理教室が、中目黒と代官山が最寄りの「りあん」でした。しかもレストラン兼料理教室ですので、本物のシェフに教えてもらえます。教室は月1回で、シェフが目の前で料理を作るのを見て、もちろん、レシピを用意してもらい、メモをとりながら、そして、通常の料理本や料理教室では教えてもらえないようなたくさんのヒントを解説してもらいながらです。生徒の実演がないのも効率が良く、しかもその後の食事（前菜、メイン、デザート）もフレンチシェフの料理がおいしく食べれるので最高です。食事もソムリエールのおすすめのワイン講座を聞きながら、ワインを堪能して食事がとれます。数年通いましたが、自身の仕事の都合で、長期のお休みをしておりますが、受講しているときからお休み中も、電話やメールでいつでも何でも質問に答えてアドバイスしてくれます。クリスマスなどには、レストランに家族で食事にも行きました。また、参加できるように仕事に励んでます。毎月、習った料理を作って、家族にふるまえるのも楽しみでしたし、レシピ通りに作って再現ができるので、大好評です。料理に興味のある特に男性も気兼ねなく参加できますので、是非体験されてみてください。
