My boyfriend and I come in 3-4 times per week, since we live a few blocks from this store. Unfortunately, the staff is not very polite, and seems "bothered" to help the customers. For 5 days or so, they were out of nonfat milk, which we understood, and took our business to Starbucks temporarily. My partner went in today, after the gym, and bought me a dirty chai latte to bring home. The last two times he has done this, the drink is nowhere near full, but today the "large" was filled slightly more than half full (pic attached) For the price of these beverages, it's a shame when the baristas are careless and don't provide the value that customers deserve.
