Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Fortaleza, it deserves to be highlighted for the excellent value for money it offers (among all the restaurants I know in the city, only four are on my list). The establishment is located within a condominium, which is unusual in the region, and has a welcoming decor, full of references to Peru. The quality of the food served is unparalleled, with classic Peruvian cuisine, which is considered one of the best in the world, often topping gastronomic rankings. In addition, the menu also features syncretized dishes that combine influences from Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The ingredients are imported. The chef responsible for the kitchen is Peruvian and, often, he prepares the dishes himself. The flavor of the dishes is exceptional, the drinks are delicious and the service is top notch.
