Holiday lunch at "Lime". This restaurant is located along Edo Kaido Road, about a 5-minute walk from Nakagami Station on the JR Ome Line (Akishima City). This restaurant seems to mainly serve steaks, hamburgers, and pizza. Lunch starts at 880 yen and includes hamburgers and chicken saute. The 990 yen menu includes pork saute, steak fried rice, and spaghetti with meat sauce. Steak lunch is 1100 yen. All prices include tax and come with a drink. My order was a steak lunch (with miso soup). Miso soup, not soup, is unique. The steak is small, as you would expect for this price, but it is well prepared and neatly cut into strips. The sauce tastes good, and it's cooked rare and perfectly cooked through. It is run by a master and a female helper. The atmosphere is comfortable with a sense of distance. It's a restaurant that is sure to come back again.
