The ramen shop had the feel of a place beloved by the locals. It was open relatively late, which was a huge help for someone like me coming home from work. They have a rich menu, and being able to choose the thickness of the noodles was a great perk, as it let me customize the ramen to my liking. This time, I ordered the Miso Tantan Ramen with medium-thick noodles. The noodles were delicious and mixed well with the rich soup, but next time I'd like to try the thick noodles to enjoy a more robust texture that stands up to the soup.
