For a first culinary experience in Florence, the results are more than mixed. The salad bought at the local supermarket was of a higher quality than what we had at "l'imperatore ristorante pizzeria". I can't say which is worse between the environment, the relationship with the waiters or the food we have on our plate. The prices are exorbitant for what is served. The speed at which the dishes are removed as soon as they are empty illustrates well the desire of the staff that we leave the table as soon as possible. The waiters do not need to remove the plates so quickly, the appalling mediocrity of this establishment is already responsible for making customers leave quickly. In a nutshell, don't go here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was by far the worst meal I have ever had in Italy. The fresh ravioli was barely edible, tasting mainly of flour- stodgy and awful. My husband’s steak was an abomination. I would strongly advise not to eat here…I cannot give even 1 star.?
