I came here with my husband after coming to Tsu during our visit of Mie prefecture. The café has a very nice atmosphere, you can even play games! The menu is absolutely delicious. We speak very little Japanese and the crew spoke very little English - but they were incredibly welcoming and even accommodated our wish for no sauces. I would absolutely recommend this place for locals and foreigners alike. Thank you LinO staff for the delicious food and lovely atmosphere!
