Started strong and unfortunately slowed down a lot. Was our regular bakery for a long time, as it was easy to reach on foot. Nowadays, however, I prefer to ride my bike for a few minutes to another bakery. Pretzels: Unfortunately not crispy, rather soft and chewy. I don't need to bring you to work for the white sausage breakfast. Rolls: usually good, but often a bit strange from the dough or "air rolls" Croissants: The croissants are great, unfortunately the filling of the nougat and chocolate croissants is either completely forgotten or mixed up. Braids: Unfortunately, they are often very dark, but usually not visible in the display.
