Avoid going there. Today I went to the store and asked for two recyclable spoons to share ice cream with my daughter from the staff at the coffee/ice-cream counter. Staff declined and said he can only give one spoon per ice-cream. Which was bizzare as the store distributes free chocolates and they can't give one extra spoon. And the way of telling that was not adequately polite. Either the staff in concern have done it in purpose in that case staff should be properly sensitized. Or if it is really company/franchise policy then it should be rethought.

J’adore visiter la boutique Lindt à l’outlet ! Mon coup de cœur est leur chocolat chaud en hiver et leur glace en été . C’est tout simplement magnifique ! ----- I love visiting the Lindt store at the outlet ! My favorite is their hot chocolate in winter and ice cream in summer . It’s simply delightful !
