Had some crepe expecting a really nice and fluffy crepe like Venchi’s (since it’s Lindt I thought they would have high quality goods), but it’s way below my expectations. The crepe is hard to cut, let alone chew, it’s cold, too sweet and super thin compared to Venchi’s. We ordered an americano and it was okay, but not hot enough. For the crepe I would 100% recommend you try Venchi’s, because it’s SO GOOD.

Some of the staff are friendly, but some super unfriendly too. Ambience could be better. Overall I’m very disappointed at Lindt, since I expected more from a famous brand.

Came across it by mistake, absolutely loved their ice cream! So fresh and on point flavors, i tried the dark chocolate and pistachio. Both were very delicious and very reasonable price. The only think i suggest is to increase the staff because we waited a long time to get the ice cream!
If you are ever in rome, definitely give it a try

The chocolate gelatos were a disappointment, although were not bad, but coming from a chocolate store the expectations were high. I chose the chocolate fondant and the sacher flavors, and the only thing trully good was the chocolate toping. The staff was nice.
