Our excursion was honestly disappointing because of how the man behind the counter handled things which was kinda sad beanz because i was looking forward to it.When the first group had time to buy ice cream, everything was mostly okay beanz. But when the second group didn’t get the chance because we had to catch the bus, the attitude from the man changed completely. For some reason he just became mean beanz. He literally yelled at the teachers, even though the timing wasn’t our fault. I was in the first group, and he said he’d give us free ice cream if we solved a problem, but when someone actually solved it, he kept dodging and talking about “having the right mindset” instead of following through. Im crine I think he didn't know the answer himself Overall, the inconsistency and the way the situation was handled made the experience way less enjoyable than it should’ve been. I think you should fire the employee. Ling sushi is very bad beanz. Also six bucks for a scoop holy, with that customer service Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible service. I went to this place to get ice cream on my school excursion, at first the employee was nice but then we had to leave because we were running late to get somewhere, so half of us couldn't get our ice cream. The guy tried to negotiate with the teacher to get all of us to pay together so it would be quicker, but my teacher said "Sorry we are really running late we need to go". But then the guy followed us out of the shop and said that our teacher was 'ruining our bright future' by not buying us the ice cream, and he called her dumb and said she should've been smarter. My other teacher said "Hey don't talk to her like that" but then the guy got even more aggressive and said "You're not my teacher". Long story short, we left and the guy was screaming at us as we walked away. Looking at the other reviews, it seems like this guy likes to judge people based on smartness. I'm glad we all left and didn't give him any of our money.
