I had a wonderful stay at the FLY INN Hotel in Baku. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. At reception I've been met by Aygun very professional and happy to fulfill your request as much as possible. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from every morning. A special thank you to Nurjan at restaurant reception for the warm smile and kindness shown every day, and to Yana, who took breakfast orders with great professionalism and a welcoming attitude. Their excellent service made each morning even more enjoyable. Also would like to mention Yegana girl that working hard to make sure everyone is satisfied and had their problems solved. The outdoor swimming pool is spacious, very clean, and surrounded by plenty of comfortable sunbeds, making it a perfect place to relax. The spa facilities are also excellent. The staff are polite and professional, the different saunas are clean and properly heated, and massage appointments are readily available with skilled therapists. Room restaurant service are working as it should taking proper orders and waiting time is as short as possible depending on dishes. And for that very big thanks to Victoria. Room cleaning. As I stayed on the third floor would like to thank to Vusale , lady that kept my room clean and fresh. Overall, I highly recommend FLY INN Hotel to anyone visiting Baku. The outstanding hospitality, excellent facilities, and attention to detail made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be happy to return.

Following my recent (short) stay at Fly Inn Baku I have learned that this place is run by a group of crooks taking every opportunity to cheat hotel guests. For example: after making a 20-25 min long local (domestic) phone call from my room I was charged without any reasonable justification a fee of 31 EUR! Moreover, reception staff, including the front office manager K. Darchinov, were absolutely unwilling to provide any grounds for the above charge nor offer an acceptable solution to this issue! What a shame and disgrace!
