I had birthday dinner celebrationat at Linwoods on Sunday. Party of 4. From friendly, pleasant faces at the hostes we were greeted & escorted to our table. Our waiter for the evening was Frank. He was very professional very knowledgeable went over the specials for the evening. We ordered Grilled Octopus Hummus, Black Olive Tapenade, Pickled Banana Peppersas an appetizer, Caesar salad with delicious croutons and anchovies, Crispy Calamari Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauceand Maryland crab soup with jumbo lump meat. For our main course we ordered two 8 oz South Dakota Steak White Truffle Fries, Maitre d'Hotel butter and 2 Shrimp & Scallops Linguine, White Wine Sauce, Parmesan Reggiano and one with creamy spinach risotto. I also ordered pomegranate martini it was the best martini I had in a long time it was so strong I was feeling relaxed in a little buzzed made the dinner party much more enjoyable. For dessert I had a Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Berry Compote, Macaroon, Whipped Cream. & my husband and my daughter had Old Fashioned Chocolate Sundae. I am looking forward to coming back and celebrating many more special occasions Thank you to Frank and the entire staff for making my birthday celebration so special and unforgettable! Highly recommended for outstanding service, delicious food, and memorable celebrations.
