I came to this place on a friend's recommendation, and the food was really tasty, but the service was awful. We were attended to by who seemed to be the manager, and we made a mistake by ordering a poke bowl instead of building our own bowl (she just assumed it was the signature instead of asking). We told her it was our mistake and asked if she could change it, but all we received from her was a horrible attitude. She kept saying she wouldn't remake our food, that she wouldn't pay for our mistake, and that we had to eat what we ordered. Seeing this attitude, I asked for a refund because I really didn't want to be there anymore, as I said, her attitude was terrible. She refused to give us a refund and literally yelled at us that okay, she would change it. I understand it was our mistake when ordering (we made a mistake because we had never been there before and she didn’t explain the menu either), however, I don't think anyone deserves the horrible attitude she gave us. Everything was very tasty, but we won't be returning. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a fabulous time at Litchi Delights. Went for the Chinese new year celebration with the lion dance and kung-fu demo. Really enjoyed the Ramen and the Boba Tea.
