DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They told us they will step off at 2:45. When we got there at 2:43, they already closed up shop. In the end, we were unable to use the skip the line. After speaking to the employee, they attempted to gaslight us.

Do not book!!!! The “tour guide” took us to the museum then just gave us our tickets so we did not get anyone to show us around or tell us any history. We paid around 63 euros (for two tickets) when the tickets to the museum are only 17 euros. We basically overpaid for the tickets since the person only took us inNot worth it at all.

Please do not book a tour or anything with these guys. The guy at the front desk has no remorse for his customers. We go in and he says to meet back in the office at 2:45pm to leave for the tour as a group. At 2:43pm we return to a locked office absolutely vacated. After calling and threatening to leave a bad review he finally responds and gives us our ticket. These guys suck and made our day much harder.
