Very nice waiter, downside for the tables being too small for the Pinsa boards and the Pinsas with too much cheese which becomes disgusting at the end, tomato sauce not acidic enough to compensate for the fat of the mozzarella. Very good olive oil and very good tiramisu When leaving I made a comment about the cheese and the pizza chef pointed out to me “that there was something for everyone” meaning that comments are not welcome! !! We know the allegra which is already at the top of the top so this year we wanted to taste the famous little allegra pinsas . It was really delicious, full of flavor. We also drank a wine from a local winemaker which was super good. We are definitely going back next year.
