Horrid experience no one was even at the counter for around like 5 mins I had to look around. We have 4 people and the pins got messed up almost every single time to the point we had to fix them almost everytime. It was completely ridiculous. Not only that but we asked for the bumpers to go up we were told its only for kids. As we saw a group of people with bumpers up. And not to mention the staff acted annoyed and uninterested as we asked them to pay and when we needed something fixed. Completely ridiculous awful experience and rude staff will not be returning again. Nor telling anyone about this place and to stay away from this place. Also went to the washrooms and neither of the urinals flushed.

Hi Macsimus, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, as this is not the standard we aim to provide at Little Bowl. Our team works hard to maintain our lanes and equipment, and while occasional issues can arise, repeated disruptions are not typical. We will be reviewing your concerns with our staff to ensure all guests continue to receive prompt and respectful assistance. Regarding the bumpers, they are generally intended for children, and we apologize for any misunderstanding during your visit. As a small, local bowling alley, we take pride in serving our community and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. We stand behind the effort our team puts in every day, while also remaining committed to improving wherever needed. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to invite you and your group back for a complimentary game so we can provide the experience we aim to deliver. Please feel free to reach out to us directly. Sincerely, Little Bowl
