Order was made online for a specific time. Half an hour after the pizzas were due, they are JUST starting to make the order now. The response was they were too busy. Then maybe have a live response to the ordering time when people place their orders so that certain pick up times can be blocked off? So that we aren’t sitting here waiting for an order that is just starting to be prepped when we should be half an hour away from here already. I don’t recall ever having this problem at any of the other pizza places up and down Highway 7.

Seems the “Hot and Ready” concept must be false advertising. Past 4 times at this location never have any “Ready” and always told to wait. Again same today… same with most locations Aurora is the same thing… crazy places can falsely advertise to get you in these days with no repercussions. Last time I will attempt to get a Little Caesars pizza…. Service: 1

Absolutely the worst little Ceasars I’ve went to. Waiting over 30 minutes for one pizza and crazy puffs? Don’t come here

I was extremely busy as you noticed and I did my absolute best but I apologize for the wait. I really hope you enjoyed the good quality food tho unlike the dry and old pizza from other places. Thank you
