Manager Maria did exceptional at de-escalating a situation that had to do with someone clicking in my face when I called due to getting 3 hot and ready when I order 3 custom pizzas! She listened to my complaint and helped to solve my problem especially with it being on New Year’s Eve! If it wasn’t for Maria’s quick thinking and being properly trained this would have been. Negative review but she was fast acting when it comes to problem solving! Thank you Manager Maria for helping to make my New Year’s Eve better! Also Uryel did a great job at holding his composure and remaking my order as he went over and beyond by showing me my order and asking if it was okay! I really applaud the night staff for doing an excellent job! Price per person: $30–50 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Custom Round Pizza
