This rating is based off of the phone conversation with the agent. I wanted to use the coupon code and was told a coupon code could not be placed online if paying with cash. I was told that I could use the code at the restaurant before payment...that was a lie! I then called back Little Caesars customer service and told them what happened, they apologized, and told me that they were transferring me over to an agent. I waited for an agent, only to be hung up on (call dropped I guess).I didn't want my money back, just a credit for a future purchase. It was for 50% off any bread, which we ordered the Italian cheese bread. Service: 1
