Tried Little Caesars today and it was amazing! The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. Special thanks to Nav for her friendly and excellent customer service. Great food and great staff — I’ll definitely be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was very disappointed with my experience at this Little Caesars location. I called to order a promotional deal and was told by the employee that it was only available through the app. Unfortunately, about 30 minutes before closing, the app had already stopped accepting orders. I politely asked if they could honor the deal and allow me to place the order in-store, but the person on the phone became rude and aggressive, repeatedly saying she had no access and could not help. As someone who works in the food industry, I believe customer experience should always come first. In today’s competitive market, it’s more important to create a positive experience than to lose a customer over a $3 or $4 discount. I’m not suggesting that exceptions should be made every time, but when a guest has a legitimate issue like this, there should be some flexibility to honor promotions occasionally. If these deals are being offered online, there should be reasonable accommodations when the app is no longer available, especially before the restaurant closes. Please look into this and focus more on providing great guest experiences. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this location. I love little caesars pizza. the prices and the taste is awesome. Love to enjoy pizzas from there.
