Ordered two large pizzas, but I ride an e-bike and needed them repacked into three small boxes to fit. I asked the cashier, who checked with the manager and came back saying they didn't have any small boxes. After I pushed back—since I've never had an issue getting small boxes at Little Caesars or other pizza places—the real reason came out: the manager said he has to account for every small box. I even offered to pay for them to make things easier, but was met with a rude attitude instead. Poor customer service from both employees. I won't be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give this place zero stars, I genuinely would. I’ve visited on three separate occasions, and each time I waited over an hour with no real communication or sense of urgency from staff. On my first visit, I waited over an hour only to discover my pizza had been sitting in the warmer for most of that time. Meanwhile, staff seemed to actively avoid acknowledging customers in the dining area. At one point, a young girl was left waiting about 45 minutes just to place an order until I had to physically flag someone down so she could even be helped. On my third visit, I specifically asked if there was any kind of accommodation for the repeated long wait times, and was told no. To make it even more frustrating, I placed an order on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 5:19 PM for a regular pepperoni pizza and a Bacon Slice & Stix. It is now 6:22 PM, and I am still waiting with no clear update. At this point, ain’t nothing hot and ready about this place. They slogan is slow and never ready Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is absolutely disgusting. Knowing this is how employees are leaving things for other employees is wildddddd!!! Whoever owns this store needs to fire the GM of this store! This is unacceptable. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
