I hate to give the service a 3! The young man that helped us with our pick up order at the drive thru was extremely pleasant, however the manager / supervisor was extremly rude. I ordered on-line thru the app and my wife went to pick it up. The instructions for drive thru pick up on the app said to give the name and order # to the associate at the window and they would retrieve the order. When my wife arrived at the window she explained that this was her first time doing a drive thru pick up and the associate politely said no problem and went to retrieve it, it was at this point that the extremely rude manager informed the associate that they should have made my wife drive around and this was said within range of my wife to hear. Supposedly there was a sign posbtend that we should of asked for our order at the speaker. Totally opposite of the online instructions. So for her rudeness, this experience gets a 3. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

It’s difficult to have to ask for my pizza to be remade half the time I come in because the one I’m given is burned. The office staff has a couple of reliable workers but if they are not there, it’s an unorganized mess. Today, ordered on the app- have myself 25 minutes to get there. Waited today for an order of items that are all usually hot & ready items. Arrived to the store and as I waited for my order more than 15 minutes of standing at the counter, I asked the person at the desk if I could get my items from the hot and ready selection that was full behind him. He said he can’t do that because all those pizzas and crazy breads are for a single order. A couple minutes later a gentleman walked in behind me, ordered 2 crazy breads at the counter, was served 2 crazy breads. The gentleman at the counter disappeared to the back after that. One young gentleman working the oven and boxing pizzas was working diligently so don’t want to neglect that gentleman’s hard work. The lobby filled with customers, some cancelled, I waited hoping it was any minute. I can politely say this location did not meet expectations. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
