This is a hole in the wall sized store. It was over packed with people. Food was good and hot but was 10 mins later then the app said. Price per person: $10–20

My delivery order, placed through Uber Eats, was timed to arrive at my house the same time I was, after an extremely long, late day at work in downtown Seattle. The Uber app showed the driver at the restaurant waiting for pickup for over 30+ minutes though. When I was finally contacted by the driver, he told me the restaurant gave my order to someone else and the staff was refusing to remake it. The driver called and handed the phone to one of the staff members who actually tried to tell me the order was on its way, it had been picked up. I tried to say that's not how this works, the delivery driver is standing right there. He didn't care, refusing to remake it. Stating repeatedly there was nothing he could do - no empathy and zero accountability. I asked for a manager, none was there. I've never seen a restaurant give away someone's food, have all the proof that they were wrong both standing in front of them and speaking to them on the phone, and still literally refuse to do anything. How this is a customer service or anything resembling a business model? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
