There real Slow its a shame how slow they work i ordered a pizza and i had to wait 40 minutes for my pizza then i ordered crazy bread and i had to wait another 40 minutes I'm sorry for the people that were there yesterday

Waited 20 minutes past pickup time with a screaming baby for my order. Ordered a supreme and a meat trio, received two pepperoni pizzas with almost no other toppings. Ordered a desert item and was given the wrong one. The two women working did not care at all. I know it's cheap pizza, but I shouldn't have to wait an additional 20 minutes for food that they didn't even care to make correctly. I am pretty pissed at paying for premium pizzas and getting pepperoni. Then you refuse to make it right. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently moved back six months ago to Ridgecrest. When I lived here several years ago, little Caesars pizza was awesome. You could put in an order and pick it up and under 20 minutes. As this is my fourth order from this location, and having the same exact problem, I felt I needed to share. Four times in a row we have put in an order several hours in advance. I didn’t put an order in today to be ready at 6:05 PM. I showed up at 6:30 as I had a feeling as usual it would not be on time. I was correct. I showed up at 6:35 PM and they had not even started making my order. I canceled my order and received a refund. We just aren’t gonna be going back. You might be saving a few dollars by going here but it cancels out with the frustration of showing up to pick up an order to feed several people. Not worth the trouble. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
