Everything i come here . Zero pizza are hot and ready. I come h3re and no workers are serious. They legit tell me to give them a minute while they sit in the back laughing and chatting about what time they get off. And they are some of the WORST pizza cutters I've ever met. All random shapes and sizes and never cut thru. I always have to fix itmyself. Like common dude.. I get it's palmdale but it's little Ceasars. Its not that hard to care about quality service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is the worst little Caesars to exist. The pizza dough is always undercooked, the service is slow and terrible, the inside is dirty. I understand that its 6 dollar pizza and you get what you get. But something has to change here. The store struggles the most by being understaffed which forces them to push the pizzas out making them fail and have horrible reviews. The supply and demand is too much when there's an average of 2-3 people working.

Terrible service today! When I ordered my pizza I was told 15 minutes and 30 minutes had passed and still no pizza so I asked for my money back and I was told "We don't give refunds". Well I had to wait until the Manager of the store returned from her break before anything could be done. I was not the only one waiting over 30 minutes, it's about 105° outside and the a/c is barely blowing inside the store while everyone waits and frustrated with such a long wait in this extremely hot weather. !! I was so disappointed after finally getting the refund because in total I was there for over an hour and I didn't even want Pizza anymore, my appetite was spoiled. Shame on you Little Caesars Pizza, THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Not one employee apologized for such a long and bothersome wait. Way to go employees! Clearly no real customer service skills. Maybe your employees should be focusing on making pizza instead of texting and talking on their own personal cell phones.
