I have only ever heard good things about the little green frog cafe so I thought I would give it a try. When we first went in I was surprised at how small the actual soft play area is. When we went in to play, it was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t had a deep clean for a very long time. There were several staff in the kitchen area which you can quite clearly see, as I looked up one young of was sitting on the side, which I don’t think is very hygienic where preparing food. He was sneakily vaping! When he noticed I had seen him doing it he quickly put the vape down. The general cleanliness of the place, high chairs, floors and toilets is disgusting. The chairs and tables are white plastic, the legs on them are filthy, they would just need a quick wipe down but this quite clearly hasn’t been done in a long time! There was no toilet roll in the toilet and someone before me had used blue roll which blocked the toilet and smelt like it had been like that for a while. I will definitely not be returning and I am VERY shocked that this is such a popular place to visit. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
