Alway a perfect night. We always go with the omakase, and have never had anything but perfect dishes chosen for us! Our favourite place to celebrate any occasion or any excuse. We waited 1:45 minutes for 2 entrees and 2 mains. The mains arrived an intervals of of 30 minutes. We complained to the waitress (who was lovely) and very apologetic, they lost the docket was the excuse, we wanted to cancel the order, but it was almost ready, it was a completely lack of customer service from the manager who didn’t offer an apology but could talk to other patrons instead. We won’t came back and won’t recommend it either. Food was average, the experience extremely disappointing.
Sometimes it is good to remember that the customers are important part of the business, food could be great (which it wasn’t) but without customers….. it doesn’t matter.
