I have been here a number of times. My father likes it but he has not ever eaten "real" Vietnamese. I would say it's ok. I was not impressed by the Pho, but other things are good. Portions are fine. Price is right. Atmosphere? Well, there are never any clients here so one wonders how they stay in business--it's out of the way and doesn't look like much on the outside. Inside is plain but comfortable. Owner can be lovely, or not. She likes our repeat business but can get snarky when we show up for lunch at 1:30 or so. Overall, I'd say this is a decent to good place but there is another Vietnamese that I prefer.
