The food is tasty for those who wants to maintain but its not good for weight loss at all my daughter was with them 4 months but didn't make big progress Their communication needs to be improved

Horrible food! Sand in the dishes!!! On top of that stuff only pretending to be nice and have no clue what they doing. Fancy mashines only for scam to work. Wasted money and got bad experience with this company. Only regreting now.
