been in tokyo for a long time, and this place has mastered the chill/classy atmosphere without feeling stuffy or unapproachable. this is a neighborhood watering hole and it lives up to its name. drinks are good and strong, and very affordable, and the chicken over rice is made under the supervision of the master-san, Jiro, who has tasted some of the best, having lived in San Diego. His English is also very strong. Can’t recommend enough. And the music selection Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
