An outstanding dining experience from start to finish We were welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready with excellent recommendations. Their wine pairings were outstanding, perfectly complementing both our main course and the dessert. The appetizers were absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and prepared with great attention to detail. Our main course was a magnificent 1 kg fish to share between two people, perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and served with delicious potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The portions were generous and more than satisfying, while the presentation showed real care and craftsmanship. The dessert was the perfect ending to an exceptional meal. The service was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the evening. Every detail reflected passion, quality, and a true dedication to hospitality. While this is not a traditional fine dining restaurant, it certainly moves in that direction with its quality, presentation, and attention to detail, without losing the generous portions and welcoming atmosphere. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Alba Adriatica. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding cuisine, excellent wine pairings, generous portions, and a truly memorable dining experience. We will definitely be back! One of the tastiest restaurants i have been to. The atmosphere is chic and welcoming, the service and the chef Martino take their time to explain each dish. The food is an explosion of tastes and an experience that takes you through different textures and flavours. One thing to note as well is the plating design, as well as the beauty of the plates themselves that accompany the dishes. The value to quality and quantity is perfect.
