Right of reply to falsehoods published on Google by the owner of the premises and which harm me and my family. I'm answering because Google hasn't removed them. I am the person that the waitress threw the coffees on and at no time did I want to say anything, but I am forced to see the attitude of the owner on this network, since she is publicly stating that I threw the tray, in addition to misrepresenting the facts and gratuitously insulting us all, including my family and friends. The waitress came to the table with a large tray full of coffees and left it halfway off the table next to me. When he removed his hands the tray fell on top of me. What's more, I even tried to help her to stop the fall. So far so normal, it was an accident. What wasn't normal was that instead of apologizing, he gave me a murderous look, as if it was my fault, and walked away. I stood waiting for a while because I couldn't even sit in the chair, thinking that he would clean everything again and bring the coffees back, but he did neither, he just didn't come back. Faced with our bewilderment, I went to look for her and found her inside the premises working, as if nothing had happened. I asked her if she was aware of what had happened, since she had left angry, and she replied that she had become angry with herself and that's it. She wasn't crying or apologizing at any point, she was so calm. Faced with this response, and in a very polite way, I simply told the owner what had just happened, because the reaction was incomprehensible. And the owner did act well then, not like now. He apologized and helped me clean up. It's true that maybe he overdid it a bit at the end as he cleaned my pants in front of everyone, rubbing the joke, but I interpreted it as trying to iron out the matter. Despite the perplexity of the incomprehensible behavior of the waitress, at no time did we disrespect anyone, on the contrary, we had a lot of patience because we could already see that the attitude was not normal. This is the reality of what happened and both the owner and the waitress know it perfectly. I can understand that the owner didn't like my friend Lara's comment, but she was just expressing the feelings we had at the time regarding behavior we had never seen before. The owner could simply have answered in many ways, e.g. asking for forgiveness and dealing with the matter, as he did at the time of the events. What is inadmissible is that they know the reality of what happened, lie knowingly and want to turn the facts around, criminalizing the customers and insulting us in this barbaric and childish way, also using four friends because publish fake reviews to try to give credibility to their invented story and at the same time disrespect us in this way. If this strategy was the idea of ​​the webmaster, I recommend the owner to change it immediately, because there comes a time when the lies fall by themselves. No matter how often it is repeated, a lie does not end up being the truth. If it was an idea of ​​her own, then there is no remedy, because it is already a problem of education and values ​​and that cannot be changed. What is certain is that by spreading lies, the only thing she does is discredit the establishment she represents and at the same time shows that she is not qualified to lead it. Seeing this behavior, I now explain to myself why the waitress acted in this way. One acts according to what one sees in one's home. All in all it is a shame because we are customers who used to go to this restaurant every year and were happy, we had never had any problems and this is the first time we have come across such a sad episode like this. I have wasted my time writing this review because I cannot and will never accept someone deliberately lying and publicly disrespecting me in this way. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
