LoRo is a very good B. It's not a full Italian restaurant; it's a small counter built around the idea of serving fresh pasta quickly in the middle of Sannomiya. The tiny room has about six seats, so the experience is neither spacious nor slow, but the small size gives the food a certain focus. Hot pasta is served close to the customer, with little distance between kitchen and table. The pasta is excellent value for money in central Sannomiya, and the pleasure lies in the texture, warmth and speed rather than a full course or deep Italian atmosphere. Service is practical, reservations are not the point, and turnover and timing are important. The price is excellent, which is the real strength here. For a first visit, I would choose tomato or seafood rather than cream to see the pasta itself clearly.
