We just wanted to clarify a couple of points from our side. Our “Buy any pizza, get the second half price” promotion applies the discount to the lower-priced pizza, which is a common structure for this type of offer. When you raised this with our team member, she explained the promotion and offered to refund the transaction so that the order could be reprocessed differently if you preferred. The service charge was also identified by our team member during the transaction, as your order was for collection, and was removed immediately. We’re sorry that you did not enjoy the pizzas. The pizzas shown in your review are wood-fired pizzas, and the appearance shown is consistent with the style of pizza we serve, although we fully appreciate that they may not have been to your personal taste. We’re disappointed that your experience did not reflect the warm, welcoming service and quality we strive to provide every day.
