WATCH OUT! We had dinner at LOBO Restaurant in Poreč on August 4, 2025, with 13 people. When paying, we later discovered that we had been overcharged — about €70 per person. The prices on the final bill did not match those shown on the menu, and we were charged for bottles of wine instead of glasses that we actually ordered. We immediately spoke to several staff members, and they verbally assured us that the overpaid amount would be refunded within a few days. We have contacted the restaurant several times since then, but we still have not received our money back. We have copies of the receipt and payment proof and are willing to share them if needed. This experience is very disappointing and unprofessional — especially since it involved a clear billing mistake and a promise to correct it. Advice for other visitors: double-check your bill before paying and make sure prices match the menu. If any correction or refund is promised, get it in writing. We are now considering further steps. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50+
