We love Jo...and her food truck. The lobster rolls are the best we have had on the South Shore, and we've been sampling plenty of lobster rolls. From the locally made buns to the homemade mayos, they're delicious. We'd eat them every day if we could. Jo also has prepared some take home orders for us, which are perfect when you want the rolls for a luncheon or dinner party but can't source the ingredients. We are so happy to have Jo in Lunenburg County.
