My experiences have always been very good, with the exception of today... we arrived at the place, with numerous empty tables (according to them reserved, being more than 8:00 pm) when I asked the waiter to get a table, for 8 adults I only heard that there was no would it be possible, he didn't even try to accommodate us at another table... even if temporarily, he didn't make any point and continued serving other customers.
