I had a great experience with the Local Pizza Hillside location. I received an e-gift card from my workplace and tried to use it at the Douglas St. and Mayfair Mall stores over the last two weeks, but both told me it couldn’t be redeemed in-store and I needed to order online. When I tried to order online yesterday, the system kept asking for my credit card instead of accepting the gift card. I called the Hillside branch for help, and the store manager, Jazz, went above and beyond. He placed the order for me from his sales screen and explained that the e-gift card number needs to be entered in the coupon section—something no other location mentioned. I really appreciated his competence, and generosity in taking the time to help me. Thanks to Jazz, the whole situation was finally resolved. Excellent customer service at this branch!
