Decided to have the Prawn Ceviche and Charcoal Grilled octopus. and it was very filling and super delicious! Service was excellent, provided a towel with bleach to clean stains of my t shirt ‍We came slightly later and they continued to serve us desert and drinks even after they closed. Overall would highly recommend! Thank you Góis! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €25–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a truly exceptional dinner at “Local by Gois” in Faro. What made the experience even more special was the location: instead of being in the middle of the tourist crowds, the restaurant sits quietly in the shade of São Pedro Church, creating a much more relaxed and authentic atmosphere. The small shrimp starter was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The octopus in the creamy sauce was outstanding — perfectly cooked, tender, and beautifully presented. The fish served with bread and aromatic broth was another highlight: simple, authentic, and packed with flavor. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. The dessert at the end completed the experience perfectly. Combined with very attentive and friendly service, this was one of the best culinary experiences we’ve had in Portugal so far. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Portuguese cuisine with a modern touch. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–35 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My favourite restaurant in faro. Absolutely delicious food made by the chef and his wife whom are both so attentive and made sure our experience at theirs a pleasant and enjoyable one!
