One of a kind experience! We tried the exceptional Labo-ttega (the experimental space in the cellars of Locale Firenze) which is a unique mixology heaven. It is a really intimate experience, as there can be max. 4 people, so all the attention is towards you. The experience takes place in the cellar of the restaurant that used to be a palace, build in the 1200s, so you can feel the history around you. Our bar-manager Fabio prepared for us one of a kind cocktails, which can make your head explode. They were that good and unique. He is the mastermind behind this marvelous creations and he did explained to us how each drink was prepared. Each coctail is paired with specific dish that has a simiar concept and ingredients used, so the coctail and the food complement each other and made the flavours even more unique and tasty. The food is prepared by chef Simone and it was heavenly. Thank you to Fabio for making us go through this adventure and for being such a great guy. We learned a lot from him and he definitely makes this place one of a kind. Thank you to chef Simone as well, for making this exceptional food and for making us want more and more.
