I absolutely loved this place! The coffee is authentic, rich, and full of flavor hands down one of the best coffee I’ve ever had. had flat bread sandwiches, tasted fresh and perfectly prepared with love. On top of that, the service was excellent and the hospitality was warm and genuine, the kind that makes you feel truly welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back! I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops around Jeddah, but Locals is still in a league of its own. At first glance, it might feel a little overwhelming. It’s almost always busy, and from the outside you might think finding a seat is impossible. But somehow, once you step inside, everything just works. The place is incredibly well organized, and no matter how crowded it gets, there’s almost always room for one more. It genuinely feels like there’s always a place for the locals. What really makes this café special isn’t just the coffee—it’s the community. You start recognizing familiar faces because people keep coming back, and that says a lot. The crowd shares a similar vibe, and in many ways, it feels like a true reflection of Jeddah’s culture. It’s one of those rare places where you naturally feel like you’re surrounded by people who get you. The atmosphere is another reason I keep returning. Their music selection is outstanding—mostly vintage blues and classic rock—which gives the place a unique character without ever feeling forced. The attention to detail deserves appreciation too. Everything is clean, organized, and thoughtfully maintained. Fresh flowers are placed on almost every table, seasonal decorations change throughout the year, and they even offer lemon-infused water in a glass dispenser for anyone who wants it. It’s the kind of place that notices the little things, and those little things make a big difference. I usually order a cortado at a lower-than-standard temperature, and they get it right every single time. A special thanks to Abdulrahim for always being professional, welcoming, and genuinely great at what he does. Waref is equally friendly and approachable, and honestly, the entire team makes you feel at home. Locals isn’t just one of the best cafés in Jeddah—it’s one of the city’s landmarks.
